He thought out of the box and suggested doing a park scene instead of the usual photo room. My kids loved him. He made them smile and feel comfortable. I never viewed myself as photogenic but the final proofs came out great. I would totally recommend Jeff for any photography need.

"★★★★★" - My partner and I hired Jeff in October 1997 to shoot our commitment ceremony at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. We interviewed several photographers before finding Jeff and couldn't have been happier. He was perfectly comfortable with a gay wedding, knew exactly what he was doing and we barely noticed him during the ceremony. He shot the photos we wanted and came up with photo ideas we had not thought of. The best part is that he became a great friend. We will use his talents again for our 10th anniversary photos. Update: We hired Jeff recently to shoot the ring ceremony for two close friends - our gift to them. They hadn't thought of a photographer, but are so happy now that their ceremony has been captured so beautifully by Jeff.

"★★★★★" - We hired Jeff to take our wedding photos a few years ago. He had come highly recommended from another friend, and then we found out he'd taken the photos for another wedding we'd been to. Jeff is superb! He knows how to catch the best candids, how to stay behind the scenes (if you need him to) and how to put together a great portfolio. We get compliments all of the time on our wedding pictures--and engagement photos (which he took for us on Baker Beach). Besides his professionalism as a photographer and his gift at capturing the best moments, unlike most vendors you deal with, Jeff becomes a friend. We still keep in touch, and he will be taking photos of our new baby daughter at some point in the near future. Jeff is worth every penny paid, and is absolutely 5-star quality.

I know I’ve said it many times, but I really appreciate your exceptional quality of work. I have never been happy with photographs of myself, and I never thought I would be happy with swimsuit photos of myself but you managed to pull off the impossible!!
